3. Membership

Membership with the New American Chamber of Commerce may include access to programs, resources, events, and networking opportunities.

By applying for membership, you agree that:

  • All information provided during registration is accurate.
  • Membership benefits may vary depending on the selected membership level.
  • Membership fees are annual and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • NACC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member violates Chamber policies or engages in conduct that harms the organization or its members. 


4. Payments and Fees

Certain services, programs, or memberships offered through mynacc.org require payment.

By purchasing or registering for a paid program, you agree that:

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Event registrations and program fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where NACC cancels the event. 

If payment is processed through a third-party provider, their terms may also apply.

The Chamber offers various educational programs, workshops, and training sessions.

Participation in these programs does not guarantee:

  • Certification or licensure unless specifically stated
  • Employment or business opportunities 

All educational materials are provided for informational purposes only.

is the property of the New American Chamber of Commerce unless otherwise noted.

7. Event Participation

By registering for an event hosted by the Chamber, you agree that:

  • The Chamber reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, or locations when necessary.
  • Attendees must maintain professional conduct during all events.

The Chamber may remove participants who engage in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
