Youth Summer Program

Small Business Boot Camp & Podcast Host Training

The Chamber Youth Summer Program is a dynamic, hands-on leadership experience designed to equip young people with real-world business skills and modern media confidence.

Through our Small Business Boot Camp, participants learn the foundations of entrepreneurship — from developing a business idea and understanding branding to marketing, budgeting, customer service, and pitching with confidence. Students don’t just learn theory; they build, create, and present.

Paired with this is our Teen Podcast Host Training, where youth step into the world of media, communication, and digital influence. Participants learn how to develop show concepts, write scripts, interview guests, use professional equipment, and confidently host their own podcast segments. In today’s digital economy, communication is currency — and we teach them how to use it effectively.

This summer program is more than a camp. It is a launchpad.

We are preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders by giving them tools that build confidence, critical thinking, public speaking ability, and business literacy — all within a supportive, high-expectation environment led by Chamber professionals.

Young voices matter. Young leaders belong at the table. And this summer, we are helping them build the future.
